With the mains water now on, check all mains pipework and connections for leaks. Coloured tissue paper is the best way of spotting small amounts of water. If a leak is spotted on soldered pipework, do not try and re-solder with water in the pipes. Turn off the mains, drain all pipework thoroughly (with taps open), and re-solder. |
