Before Installation
	Old cylinder, controls and boiler.
	Controls and primary pipework.
	Loft tanks.
Preparation Work
	System drained and area cleared of old cylinder and controls.
	Area tidied up and painted prior to positioning of cylinder.
	Connections to old tanks cut.
	Old poorly capped hot and cold pipes made good.
Installation: Domestic HWS
	Old vent from cylinder capped off.
	Cold mains supply (previously to ball valve) connected  to cold feed to cylinder.
	Cold mains pipe plumbed in, and mains isolating valve fitted.
	Heat Bank unpacked and moved into position.
	Accessories and instructions checked. ALWAYS READ IN FULL.
	All pump valves checked for tightness.
	Strainer fitted, and cold mains connection made.
	Hot mains supply from blending valve plumbed in.
	All mains pipework checked for tightness.
	Mains slowly cracked open and  pressurise pipework.
	All joints checked for leaks and tightened if required.
Installation: Primary System
	Pressure relief from boiler system  relocated (optional).
	Hole drilled for primary (boiler) discharge pipe.
	Pipework to boiler and heating circuit plumbed in, as well as relief pipe.
Commissioning
	MOVIE of filling procedure. 6MB File size.
	System installed.
