Consultancy

The first task is to find out the customers requirements. We advise the customer on the various options and point out any pitfalls we can see in a proposed installation.

Design

We then take all the gathered information and design the most suitable system.  We have a vast library of system designs already available, and these can be altered to suit.  To make the process more efficient, we have our own software, to provide thermal calculations, drawings, costings, design specifications, manufacturing check lists, installation instructions, and any other documents we require.  Some of this software is free to download.

Specification

We prepare a full colour specification, quote and installation instructions.  These are emailed back to the cleint for approval.

Revision

Should the customer require any design changes these are made and a revised specification etc. uploaded.

Manufacture

Manufacture  usually takes 2-3 weeks, unless the design is fairly standard then and stock is to hand. Units are tested to ensure correct operation of all components.

Delivery

Preferably the customer will collect the unit, enabling us to run through the system.  Alternatively, units can be delivered direct to site.

Service

Following delivery, we are always available to discuss the installation and provide additional instructions. In case of a fault, on-site servicing can be provided.
