AUTHORITY For many years DPS has been supplying systems for local authority use. In fact a London local authority gave us our first large contracts. Our large products range, our ability to easily provide specials, and our track record with regard to reliability and service backup have ensured increasing use of our systems. Being able to manufacture mains fed systems, tank fed systems, district heating, CHP or solar supplied systems, allows us to cover the entire range of systems that an authority will have to deal with in domestic properties. Our patented technology also gives us the edge on any competition. We are continually at the edge of system technology, building into our designs the experience and knowledge gained from past contracts. In this respect we often work closely with consultants and installers, advising on the systems we have seen, used or developed, as well as listening closely to what they have on their minds. Our knowledge is not just limited to the systems with each property. We also have experience in the use of central boilers and buffer stores, as well as general distribution systems. Site visits are always offered on local authority contracts. This allows us to advise on what can be fit where - often a problem in refurbishment work. In this way we can ensure system fit and line up with site connections. Designs are fully documented and can be forwarded by email or post to relevant parties, and can even be uploaded to our web site for easy access, including installation and users instructions, or any other documentation requested.
