Notes..

The overflow [12] is to be taken a minimum distance of 65mm above the unit, to a maximum of 150mm. A U-Bend is supplied for this purpose, which can be trimmed on site to suit. The U-Bend fits into push-fit connections provided at the top-rear of the unit, 60mm from the rear. No external overflow connections are to be made, on the manual fill models.

On Auto-Fill models, the unit code finished with the suffix -A. Please refer to specification 1271A

Both Immersion Heaters [14,15], the Pump [3], Flow Switch [4], are pre-wired to the Wiring Centre [42], and are isolated from their appropriate electrical supply until the unit is full, switched via the Level Switch [55] and relays.

The Wiring Centre [42] provides connections to the three CLEARLY LABELED separate 240v electrical supplies:
a) 3amp supply to Flow Switch [4], Pump [3] & Water Level Cutout [55].
b) 13amp supply to upper Boost Immersion Heater (Taken from Super Switch)
c) 13amp supply to lower Economy Tariff Immersion Heater.
