Notes..
The only parts of the system that cannot be factory wired are the boiler and the room thermostat. We are unable to wire up the boiler, however we are able to overcome wiring to the room stat by using a
DanfossTP5E RF room thermostat and RX1 digital radio receiver. The room stat communicates with the receiver (fitted and wired to the Heat Bank Thermal Store) using a digital radio signal. The room stat runs for two years of two standard AA batteries, requires absolutely no wiring, and can be easy positioned (or re-positioned) to suit. Another huge benefit, is the ability of the room stat to heat the property to different temperatures, at different times. This allows large energy savings to be made, while increasing comfort levels. | The unit is fitted with one heat exchanger, capable of delivering 30 litres/minute @45°C (80°C
storage). The graphs shown the domestic hot water output that can be achieved for various storage temperatures.
| A Mains Water Isolating Lever Valve must be fitted within the cylinder cupboard, in clear view and easily accessible. A Strainer (supplied loose) must also be fitted, down stream of the isolating valve, to protect the flow switch [4]. | It is advised that the mains water is tested for hardness. In areas of hard water, we advise the use of a scale inhibitor. | A chemical corrosion inhibitor, such as Sentinal X100, must be added to the stored water within the cylinder. Anti-freeze should also be added where there is a possibility of prolonged exposure to sub-zero temperatures.
