A hot water system capable of driving numerous outlets, including simultaneous supply to 2 bathrooms, and en-suit shower facilities. Six bedroom house, with large family and frequent guests. All baths are fitted with large bore mixing taps, and the one shower is fitted with 4 body jets. The problem was worsened by a lack of mains water pressure and a cupboard only 500mm deep and 1270mm wide to fit both boiler and cylinder. The family all like to bath or shower in the morning. In our favour was the option of a new and sizable cold water tank, and a dedicated boiler.

A hot water and central heating system, to supply multiple dwellings from a central boiler house. No external overflow or warning pipes desired. The system should be completely 'plug-and-play' with all components factory fitted and tested, and all controls pre-balanced and locked. Controls to include differential pressure control, complete isolation of each system from the boiler system, and integral class C heat meters.
