The documents attached below comprise the Installation & Commissioning, Service and Maintenance, and Intervention forms that must be completed by the attending engineer.

Installation and Commissioning form
This form must be completed upon commissioning of an MCZ / Red 365 pellet boiler or stove. A copy of the form should be left with the client, and a copy returned to Specflue, together with copies of additional supporting documents or images as required. The product shall be regarded as covered by the manufacturers warranty subject to receipt by Specflue of the competed form, and the commissioning having been undertaken by an engineer registered under an appropriate Competent Persons scheme for Biomass (See form for further details).

This form to be completed by an engineer (Specflue Service & Maintenance Manager or appointed sub contractor) upon completion of an unscheduled repair intervention. The attending engineer will be appointed by the Specflue Service & Maintenance team subject to prior technical assistance provided and progression of the request through the intervention process.
