Practika hopper auger and pellet pipe blockages

When installating a Praktica, the position of the hopper in relation to the boiler is paramount.

You must ensure that the 'flexi connection pipe' between the appliance, and the hopper is at the correct angle, no less that 45 degrees, and that the path of the connection pipe is as straight as possible:

This might mean raising the hopper by means of a plinith.

This will stop any large build up of pellets - see attached photos showing a blockage as a result of incorrect installation.
