Econocyls are basically pre-fabricated hot water cylinders, ready for rapid site fixing and connection to the boiler, radiators, cold water tank, and hot water supplies.

As with all the water systems we manufacture, you give us the specification, and we do the rest.  The end result is guaranteed to be exactly what you want with regards to quality and performance.

We can work with controls from any manufacturer, the standard being Danfoss Randall controls and Grundfos pumps. 

The addition of an attractive coated white steel casing makes the fixing of controls and components very solid indeed, and does wonders for the overall appearance of the cylinder cupboard. A peel off clear plastic film ensures that the good looks survive the usual paint marks and other mess on building sites.

As standard, we water test all our systems, as well as performing electrical tests to ensure control operation.  This ensures a minimum of site problems and service call-outs.

A range of sizes are available in various diameters, covering capacities from 80 litres up to 500 litres, in grades 1 to 3.  Pipework sizes from 15 up to 35mm.

Electric systems provide options regarding number and type of heaters and associated controls. Gas systems offer a range of options regarding primary heat exchangers, from a British Standard coil through to plate heat exchangers. Solar options are also available.

However, none of this is any good unless the prices are correct. As the manufacturers, we can offer you lower prices than a merchant or distributor. We can also offer far more options, without charging a premium.  A variety of units are ex-stock, with specials usually available within a week. Simply send us your requirements and we provide you with colour drawings and a quote. 

As ever, we provide our customers with full consultancy support. We have been designing, manufacturing and constantly improving hot water system technologies, both domestic and commercial, for a number of years. The exceptionally diverse nature of our customers' needs and problems has given us an experience and understanding of hot water systems that other manufacturers and consultants can only dream of. We make this knowledge freely available to help solve your problems.
